Open Roles

Lead Coordinators

• Help plan and organize team projects
• Keep timelines and goals on track
• Check in with team members
• Help maintain structure and communication
• Assist leadership with day-to-day coordination

Hiring Managers

• Recruit and interview potential team members
• Help onboard and train new employees
• Coordinate the hiring process and follow up with applicants
• Monitor staffing needs and help fill open positions
• Maintain communication with applicants and new hires
• Work with leadership to improve the hiring and training process

Talent Managers

• Work directly with creators
• Help organize ideas, content direction, and opportunities
• Maintain communication between creators and team
• Assist with growth planning and consistency

Compensation

• Base pay starting at $15/hour
• Additional commission-based earnings available
• Increased opportunities based on performance and responsibility
• Long-term growth into higher leadership roles
