Long-Form Video Editor for Documentary & Video Essay Channel ($100–$150 per video)

Hey everyone!

I run **Mushroom Cast**, a YouTube channel focused on documentary-style video essays, internet phenomena, and creator deep dives (approx. 30–40+ minute runtimes).

I am building out a consistent production pipeline and looking for hungry, reliable video editors (beginners/intermediates looking for steady, predictable volume are very welcome!) to join our private Discord team.

### The Setup & What You Get:

* You will be paired with a dedicated scriptwriter/researcher.

* You do NOT need to dig for clips from scratch: you will receive recorded voiceover, a two-column script with visual notes, and a shared Google Drive folder with primary clips, tweets, and reference links already assembled by the writer.

* Your focus: Timeline assembly, smooth documentary pacing, B-roll sourcing, screen overlays/subtitles, and clean audio mixing with ducked background music.

### What I’m Looking For:

* Software: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.

* Ability to handle long-form timelines and maintain clean organization.

* Good communication on Discord and respect for deadlines.

* Hungry freelancers or editors from anywhere in the world looking for consistent weekly gigs.

### Pay & Logistics:

* **Rate:** $100 – $150 per finished video (fixed rate depending on length and complexity).

* **Payment:** Paid promptly upon completion via Payoneer (Card Invoice), Skrill, or Crypto (USDT).

* **Volume:** Steady, ongoing work (1 video every 6 days as part of our permanent team).
