Female UGC Creators (Ages 30–45, USA Only) — $300/month base + $3,000+ in bonuses | Long-Term

We're looking for US-based female UGC creators aged 30–45 to join our growing content team for Sunshine, a wellness and morning-routine app designed to help women build a more positive mindset and start their mornings feeling better.

This is ongoing, paid work, not a one-off collaboration. We're looking for creators interested in building a long-term relationship with our brand.

Who we're looking for:

• Women aged **30–45**. **•** **Based in the United States only.** • Comfortable speaking naturally on camera. • Interested in wellness, self-care, mindset, confidence, or personal growth. • Able to create relatable, authentic short-form videos. • Reliable, creative, and open to feedback. • Comfortable posting consistently every day.

Bonus: We'd especially love to hear from women who are mothers or can relate to balancing work, family, and finding time for themselves.

The work:

You'll create 60 short-form videos per month (2 videos per day) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and Youtube Shorts.

You'll post to new social media accounts created specifically for our app, so you won't need to post anything on your personal accounts.

Most videos will be simple, natural talking-head content where you share relatable experiences, practical advice, and tips for women.

We'll provide the content direction and help you understand what works. Your job is to deliver it naturally in your own voice.

No expensive equipment needed. A smartphone, good lighting, and a willingness to learn are enough.

Pay & performance bonuses:

Base pay: $300/month for 60 videos.

We also offer performance bonuses for videos that reach certain view milestones:

**•** **75K views → $50 bonus** **•** **100K views → $100 bonus** **•** **300K views → $300 bonus** **•** **500K views → $500 bonus** **•** **1M views → $1,000 bonus**

If your content performs well, you can earn significantly more than your guaranteed monthly pay.
