Hiring UGC Creators! $500-$1000/Month Base

Hey everyone! We're launching a new dating & social startup aimed at Gen Z and are looking for confident, engaging UGC creators to help us create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.

We're open to different types of paid collaborations, including:

• Ongoing monthly collaborations with regular content creation (starting from $500/month)
• One-off UGC videos or smaller content packages
• In-person content, street interviews, or creative social experiments

What we're looking for:

• Confident and comfortable speaking on camera
• Ideally UK-based (London is a plus!)
• Must be between the ages of 18-27
• Reliable, creative, and familiar with TikTok/Reels-style content
• Access to a second phone for filming demos is a bonus, but not essential

Compensation: Paid, with rates depending on the type of collaboration, content volume, and experience. Open to discussing both one-off rates and longer-term monthly arrangements, potentially with performance bonuses.
