Hiring experienced UGC creators for a consumer app campaign.
The one hard requirement: you've made at least one video for a consumer app that hit 1M+ views (organic or paid, as long as you can show it).
Pay: $700/month base + $1 CPM + performance bonuses. Every creator currently on this program is making $3k+/month.
What we're looking for: hook-first, native-feeling short form (TikTok, Reels, Shorts), comfortable showing a phone screen and walking through an app naturally, consistent output.
