Looking for 100+ creators in Europe/Eastern Europe, simple silent product clips, paid per video

What you'd do

Film simple 10-20 sec clips with your phone: holding a product, trying it, reacting, or just a lifestyle shot
You don't have to speak. No script, no voiceover, and no accent requirements
Most clips take 10-15 minutes, including setup
Who we're looking for
Ages 18-30
Eastern/Central/Northern European look (Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Baltics, Czechia, Scandinavia, and so on)
Confident on camera, with decent natural light and a phone from the last few years
Previous UGC experience is a bonus, not a requirement

Pay

$10 per approved video, paid through PayPal/Wise/crypto within a few days of approval
Do 5 a week and that's roughly $200/month for about an hour of work a week
This is a long-term pool. We need about 30 videos a month, and creators who deliver good work get picked first for every batch
Top performers get priority on future higher-paying campaigns

Honest expectations

$10 is a flat rate for quick, simple clips. If you want $100+ per video, this isn't the right gig. If you want easy side income with no pressure, it is.
